Our Opinion
This plan suits Spectrum Internet customers who want straightforward unlimited phone service. Its clearest value is the $30 monthly rate with 5GB of high-speed hotspot use and taxes included.
The recorded package includes unlimited talk, text and data, 5GB high-speed hotspot, one-year free-line offer excluded from catalog price. Its 5GB hotspot allowance is useful only if that speed and amount match the way you tether.
It requires Spectrum Internet and limits video streaming to 480p. Compare the carrier's current checkout terms and test local coverage before transferring every line.
Bottom line: we would put this on a budget-unlimited shortlist if Verizon is reliable in your area.
