Information we may collect

When you browse SaveOnPhone, the site and its analytics tools may receive basic session information such as approximate location, browser and device details, pages viewed, referring page, and timing or performance data. Google Analytics 4 may use first-party cookies, including a client identifier cookie, to help measure visits and usage.

If you contact us, we receive the name, email address, topic, and message you submit. Do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive account information.

When you follow a carrier link, the outbound redirect may record a click so the link can be measured and credited. The carrier or affiliate network may then receive information under its own privacy policy.

Public API and AI connector usage

For our public REST API and MCP connector, we retain daily aggregate counts for up to 90 days: requests by operation, errors, and searches with no matches. Health checks and requests labeled as automated checks are counted separately. These counters do not retain request parameters, request or response bodies, IP addresses, email addresses, or user-entered text, and they do not identify unique people. Requests are processed to return results; hosting and network providers may process technical metadata under their own policies.

How information is used

We may use this information to operate and improve the site, understand which comparisons and guides are useful, measure outbound carrier links, prevent abuse, respond to messages, and keep the catalog and newsroom reliable. We do not ask readers to create an account to use the comparison.

Your choices

You can limit cookies through your browser settings and use available analytics or privacy controls in your browser. Blocking some cookies may affect measurement but should not prevent access to the public catalog. You can ask what information we have about a message you sent, request a correction, or ask us to delete it by contacting the team.
