The recorded package includes unlimited talk, text & data, unlimited hotspot at up to 5 Mbps (Verizon network), 5G, 500GB cloud, and 5 more listed features. Its Unlimited @ 5 Mbps hotspot allowance is useful only if that speed and amount match the way you tether.
Taxes are extra, video is limited to 480p, and non-Verizon service reduces the hotspot allowance to 20GB while changing other benefits. Compare the carrier's current checkout terms and test local coverage before transferring every line.
Bottom line: it is a credible fit for the right usage pattern, but it is not an automatic best choice for everyone.
