Our Opinion
Consider this plan if you value Ting service and need no more than 5GB each month. The $25 monthly plan includes 5GB of high-speed data, unlimited talk and text, hotspot use, and Wi-Fi calling.
The recorded package includes 5GB high-speed data, unlimited talk & text, hotspot included, wi-Fi calling. Its Included hotspot allowance is useful only if that speed and amount match the way you tether.
Taxes cost extra, local T-Mobile coverage must be strong, and competing plans provide substantially more data at this price. Compare the carrier's current checkout terms and test local coverage before transferring every line.
Bottom line: this can save real money for a disciplined light user, but it leaves little room for surprise data use.
