Our Opinion
Wi-Fi-heavy users with dependable local T-Mobile coverage should consider this plan if 5GB is enough for the month. For $16 per month before taxes, it includes unlimited talk and text, 5GB of high-speed data, Wi-Fi calling, and 25 monthly reward points.
The recorded package includes unlimited talk and text, 5GB high-speed data, wi-Fi calling, 25 monthly reward points, and 1 more listed feature.
The plan lacks a stated hotspot allowance and costs more than some competing light-use options with similar or larger data allowances. Compare the carrier's current checkout terms and test local coverage before transferring every line.
Bottom line: this can save real money for a disciplined light user, but it leaves little room for surprise data use.
