Our Opinion
Light users with dependable local T-Mobile coverage should consider this plan if they spend most of their time on Wi-Fi. For $10 per month before taxes, it includes unlimited talk and text, 2GB of high-speed data, hotspot capability, and calling to 100 countries.
The recorded package includes unlimited talk and text, 2GB high-speed data, mobile hotspot capable. Its From plan allowance hotspot allowance is useful only if that speed and amount match the way you tether.
The 2GB allowance is too small for regular streaming, navigation, or other sustained cellular use. Compare the carrier's current checkout terms and test local coverage before transferring every line.
Bottom line: this can save real money for a disciplined light user, but it leaves little room for surprise data use.
