Our Opinion
Moderate-data users should consider this plan if Verizon performs well locally and they prefer direct prepaid service. The ongoing $35 AutoPay price includes unlimited talk and text, 15GB of high-speed data, and hotspot use from the same allowance.
The recorded package includes unlimited talk and text, 15GB high-speed data, $45 first month. Its From plan allowance hotspot allowance is useful only if that speed and amount match the way you tether.
Taxes cost extra, the first month costs $45, and hotspot activity consumes the plan's limited 15GB data pool. Compare the carrier's current checkout terms and test local coverage before transferring every line.
Bottom line: it is a credible fit for the right usage pattern, but it is not an automatic best choice for everyone.
