The recorded package includes unlimited talk and text, 16GB high-speed data, after 16GB data continues at reduced speed. Its 10GB hotspot allowance is useful only if that speed and amount match the way you tether.
Taxes are extra, the full year must be prepaid, and eligibility is limited to online activation of a new single line with a SIM or phone purchase. Compare the carrier's current checkout terms and test local coverage before transferring every line.
Bottom line: we would put this on a budget-unlimited shortlist if AT&T is reliable in your area.
