Our Opinion
Flexible suits Wi-Fi-heavy customers and travelers who prefer paying only for the cellular data they use. Its clearest value is $20 monthly talk and text service with $10-per-GB data available in more than 200 destinations.
The recorded package includes pay per GB ($10/GB), bill Protection caps monthly cost, unlimited talk & text, international data in 200+ countries. Its Included hotspot allowance is useful only if that speed and amount match the way you tether.
Calls beyond Canada and Mexico cost extra, and heavy use can make an unlimited plan more economical. Compare the carrier's current checkout terms and test local coverage before transferring every line.
Bottom line: this can save real money for a disciplined light user, but it leaves little room for surprise data use.
