Our Opinion
Unlimited Essentials suits customers who want Google Fi's lowest-priced unlimited plan and do not need hotspot or international data. Its regular $35 one-line price includes 30GB of high-speed data and connectivity for select smartwatches.
The recorded package includes unlimited data (30GB premium), no hotspot included, u.S. only — no international data, smartwatch connectivity.
The 50% discount requires every participating new line to bring a Google Pixel phone and ends October 31, 2026. Compare the carrier's current checkout terms and test local coverage before transferring every line.
Bottom line: it is a credible fit for the right usage pattern, but it is not an automatic best choice for everyone.
